Coconut Crunch Trail Mix

Is hiking or biking part of your regular exercise regimen? Bring along this trail mix with a coconut twist that you can make yourself! It’s also great just to keep in the fridge as a between-meals snack. Enjoy!

 

Suggested ingredients:

almonds
pecans
walnuts
sunflower seeds
raisins
orange flavored cranberries
dried banana chips
dates or figs
dried pineapple
coconut oil
salt and/or stevia sweetener to taste

Mix the ingredients in your preferred proportions, stir in enough liquified coconut oil to coat the mixture, spread on a plate or baking sheets, pop it in the refrigerator or freezer, and you’re done!
