Perimenopause: Your Changing Body Part 2
In this video Dr. Marcantel explains how we can test for and detect hormonal imbalances like estrogen dominance. She also explains how they can be treated using natural hormone therapies.
» Learn MoreWe did this so my husband, Peter, and I could put all of our energy into building an online community where people like you can find the information and support you need to empower you to take control of your health!
One of the cornerstone principles of naturopathic medicine is “the doctor as teacher.” It’s a principle I’ve believed in throughout my medical career both as a registered nurse and as a naturopathic physician.
The better you understand your body, the better you are able to care for it!
We are currently developing a brand new website at DrTinaMarcantel.com where I can offer you the same kinds of teaching I have provided for my patients in a clinical setting. I’ll do this through free offerings like my weekly blog and other free mini-classes and through paid, in-depth online courses.
The great thing about these courses is that I’ll be able to give you the detailed, in-depth information you need, often at a fraction of what you would pay to visit a doctor.
I’m also available for one-on-one non-patient phone consultations. In a non-patient phone consultation I can give you the knowledge you need to make informed choices on many topics concerning your health care decisions. You can learn more at our phone consultations page.
We have already developed one in-depth course: the Transforming Diabetes Naturally Master Class. We did our initial launch of that course in June and we got great comments from our participants! We’ll be starting a new session of the course in a few weeks, so stay tuned to learn more about it.
Looking to the future, here are a few of the things we have in the works:
*Classes on a variety of subjects such as menopause, perimenopause, low thyroid, adrenal fatigue, and more.
*In-depth teaching on the mind-body-spirit connection in health and healing.
*A private Facebook group where you can meet and interact with others who are going through our classes to develop connections to find the support you need.
As you can see, we have big plans to provide you with the kind of teaching we know you want as a person who’s interested in a natural, holistic approach to wellness. But we need your help!
Before long, we’ll be sending out a survey to our email list asking YOU to tell us what types of subjects you want to learn about. The more participation we get from that survey, the better we’ll be able to plan our next teaching series. (If you’re not on our email list and would like to be, just click here. We’ll also send you a FREE PDF download, “6 Natural Health Tips Everyone Can Use” as our gift for subscribing.)
Remember, we are here for you, so when you see that survey show up in your inbox, please take a few minutes to respond.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I truly believe that you and I are at the beginning of an exciting journey as we watch our online community grow, both in numbers and in knowledge and empowerment on the way to optimal health.
I’m glad you’re here, and I’m looking forward to sharing the journey with you!
In health,
Dr Tina Marcantel
