Fees
Full payment for services is due at the time the services are rendered, including services that may be covered by insurance. As a service to our patients, Dr. Marcantel’s staff will submit billing claims for reimbursement to most insurance companies. Please see our insurance information page for details.
New patient initial visit: $225
Your initial visit will be forty-five minutes to one hour long. Dr. Marcantel will cover a thorough health history from you including past medical problems, family health history, current medications or supplements you may be taking, the nature of any current health complaints, and she will do a physical exam. The purpose of this visit is to admit you to Dr. Marcantel’s health care program and to determine an appropriate next step toward achieving your health goals.
PLEASE NOTE: Because we do not double-book our appointment times, this 1-hour slot is reserved specifically for you. We require a $60 deposit to reserve your initial visit appointment time. The deposit will be applied to your balance on your first visit. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will be refunded in full if you give a minimum of 48 hours notice to our office.

Existing patient visits
A forty-five minute visit is usually recommended for patients who are making their first return visit after admission. This time is needed for going over any diagnostic lab tests that may have been done and to cover the recommended protocol for care that Dr. Marcantel has designed specifically for you. One-hour visits may also be appropriate for existing patients who have extensive lab results to cover or for patients who have not seen Dr. Marcantel for some time or have particularly challenging cases.
One-hour visit: $195
45-minute visit: $160
30-minute visit: $110
15-minute visit: $55
The length of time required for follow-up visits is dependent on the time necessary to provide the best possible ongoing treatment for the patient.
Phone consultations:
10-15 minute consultation: $55
20-30 minute consultation: $110
35-45 minute consultation $160
Phone consultations are a convenient way of having an office visit with Dr. Marcantel without having to leave your home or work. Phone consultations are appropriate for ongoing treatment when patients need to check in with updates of their symptoms and to discuss changes in medications or treatment protocols.
Procedures
IV (intravenous) therapy: Prices vary depending on the treatment. IV treatments generally take 30-40 minutes to administer. For example, an Adrenal Push for adrenal fatigue is $135.00. Please consult with our staff to find the exact price of your suggested treatment before scheduling your appointment.
B12 injection: $20
Acupuncture: $195 for a 1-hour treatment

ZRT Saliva Tests
Hormone Profile III: $250
The Hormone Profile III tests for estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, and four cortisol levels throughout the day. This is an excellent test to provide critical information necessary for determining hormonal imbalances and developing a proper treatment protocol.
Hormone Profile I: $175
Tests for the same hormones as Profile III but includes only one cortisol level.
Food Sensitivity Panel: Pricing varies according to testing
Used for testing for food sensitivities that may be causing a variety of troublesome symptoms ranging from sinus problems to aching joints. This is different from food allergy testing because a sensitivity can be more subtle and insidious than an allergy and can be the underlying cause for a variety of health problems.
Blood tests: Blood testing is done out of our office and the prices vary depending on the types of tests ordered and your insurance coverage.
Dr. Marcantel offers a wide variety of screening tests. She will discuss with you any tests that she feels may be appropriate for your health care needs. Please feel free to inquire about any testing you may be interested in.
