Welcome to my mini course on Children of the Chakras: A Return to Health and Self-Love. This self-paced course is offered to you completely free as an opportunity to help you explore ways to free yourself from negative thoughts and emotions that may be keeping you from achieving both physical and emotional healing. Each lesson contains a video (usually around 10 minutes long) that explains certain concepts relevant to the chakra we are studying. Below the video, you’ll find a link to a downloadable PDF worksheet that you can use to help you through the healing process. Under the worksheet link, you’ll find navigation links to the next and previous lessons. A transcript of the video lesson is also included on each lesson page. Enjoy!

Do you have a recurring physical condition and have never been able to get to the root cause? Do you find yourself often struggling with negative thoughts and emotions?

The author Brene Brown said, “The body keeps score, and it always wins.”

What she means is that suppressed emotions and negative thoughts can affect our bodies. Our bodies are made of flesh and blood and bone, but we’re also made of energy. Our brain produces energy waves that can be measured with an EEG machine. Our heart beats with electrical impulses that we measure with an EKG machine.

When the energy in our bodies becomes blocked, or dense, it can actually get trapped at a cellular level. The body then screams to be heard through its signs and symptoms. The good news is that when you understand how your energy works and how it affects your body, you can use simple self-healing techniques to improve your physical and emotional health.

I’m Dr. Tina Marcantel, and I want to invite you to join me for an introductory mini course on the seven chakras, or energy centers, of the body. In this series of seven videos, we’ll explore how each of the chakras relates to specific organ systems in your body. You’ll learn how certain signs and symptoms may point to dense energy that needs to be released from a particular chakra to allow for a long-term physical and emotional healing.

I’ve had over forty years of clinical experience as both a naturopathic doctor and a registered nurse, and I am convinced that to achieve long-term health and well-being, we need to treat ourselves holistically—that is, by addressing the spirit, mind, and body.

I call this series Children of the Chakras: A Return to Health and Self-Love. Inside each of us are aspects of ourselves—children, if you will—that are seeking to be heard, loved, and acknowledged. As we allow these fears and doubts to come to the surface without self-judgment, we release the suppressed energy that may be stopping us from moving forward with the healing we need and deserve.

In each of these 7-10 minute videos, I’ll explain in simple terms about the seven chakras and how they relate to our physical bodies. With each of the lessons you’ll get a downloadable worksheet that will encourage you to work with your “children of the chakras” to help you identify and clarify the roots of dense energy that needs to be released. You’ll also empower yourself with fun and effective techniques you can start using right away to clear negative energy and start the healing process.

I’ve worked with so many people over the years who have benefited from this type of energy work. I know it can help you, too. Join me for the first session of the Children of the Chakras: A Return to Health and Self-Love.
