Yogurt Protein Power Snack

Make this great yogurt protein power snack with Dr. Marcantel!

This recipe will make three servings packed with 25 grams of protein each. The protein helps to stabilize your blood sugars and reduce cravings and unwanted weight gain (find out why here), the yogurt helps to re-establish healthy gut flora, and the coconut oil is a good natural anti-inflammatory and helps your skin, hair, and nails. Plus it tastes good. What’s not to love?


1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 scoops of protein powder (whey, egg, or pea protein)
stevia or Splenda to taste
